Friends of Blackstone Library
Friends of Blackstone Library is a local community organization supporting the Blackstone Branch of the Chicago Public Library in the Hyde Park/Kenwood community.
Hyde Park Used Book Sale
The Hyde Park Used Book Sale is a flagship HPKCC event that is typically held during the second weekend in October. Every year, thousands of books are donated and sold to members of the community and across the city and county.
Hyde Park Garden Fair
The Hyde Park Garden Fair is a neighborhood gardening group. The proceeds from these fairs are used to support the HPKCC and its programs, as well as to beautify local neighborhoods through various gardening projects.
Community Dialogue Series
HPKCC is holding a Community Dialogue series that features updates from experts and community conversations on important topics.
Bulb and Mum Fair
Over 10,000 bulbs and plants including Specialty Bulbs, Tulips, Daffodils, Bulbs to Force, Hyacinths, Crocus, Indoor Plants, Asters, Chrysanthemums, and Perennials will be available. Garden Fair members will help you to choose your plants.
