Gino Betts

Gino Betts II joined the Board in 2019. Gino is an attorney and public servant, who has served at Chicago’s Civilian Office of Police Accountability and Cook County’s Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Gino currently works as an adjunct law professor and Cook County assistant state’s attorney, where he prosecutes violent offenders. He is passionate about introducing underrepresented youth to opportunities in the legal field. Gino is a Chicago native and proud Whitney M. Young High School Dolphin. He lives in North Kenwood with his wife and son.
